Special In person & Online Public Board Meeting – May 26th, 2020 at 7:00pm

Executive Order 2020-48 prohibits all public gatherings of any number. This requires the Buckley School District Board of Education to meet electronically on May 26th, 2020 at 7:00 P.M. Public comment will be limited to three minutes per board policy 0167.3.

Attendees must register their intentions to participate in the public portion of the meeting for a virtual meeting prior to the start of the 7:00 P.M. Board of Education meeting.

Public Comment will be led by the Board President, and facilitated by the school Superintendent Jessica Harrand. The school board will mute participating community members upon entry into the Zoom meeting, and then use the public comment registration list, and tools of the Zoom remote meeting platform, to allow the members of the public to address the board.

Please email jharrand@buckleyschools.com to sign up to address the school board during the meeting. Community members can sign-up until the meeting is called to order at 7:00 P.M.

1. Please do not mute your phone as you will be muted upon entry by the meeting facilitator.

2. You will be notified when it’s your turn to make public comment by the moderator.
